You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

1. How to request account deletion

You can delete your account directly within the app:

  1. Open the app and go to Settings.
  2. Select Privacy & Data.
  3. Tap Delete My Account and All Data.
  4. Confirm your choice.

Once confirmed, all your account data will be permanently deleted from our servers and your device.

to request manual deletion.

2. Data that will be deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be removed:

  • Your account information (name, email, profile details).
  • All app usage data linked to your account.
  • Data stored on our cloud servers.
  • Analytics or preferences tied to your account.

3. Data that may be temporarily retained

Some minimal data may be kept for up to 30 days for:

  • Security and fraud prevention.
  • Legal or accounting obligations.

After this period, all retained data will be permanently deleted.

4. Local data on your device

When you delete your account from within the app, any locally stored data (cache, preferences, offline content) will also be deleted automatically.
